Masterson’s Tavern , located in the heart of Moonee Ponds , promotes itself as a chic “hipster” locale , but my recent visit at this establishment resulted in an experience I’d rather forget . The floors were sticky , and a overpowering stench of uncleaned spills and neglected washrooms suffused the entire pub. Smelling a mixture of human waste, a rotting odor and illness .
